Pricing is based on the scope of your travel programme: the number of data sources, volume of bookings, and which products you need. We’ll give you a clear quote after an initial conversation about your requirements.

We typically work on annual agreements, but we’re flexible. The first engagement usually starts with a data baseline project, which naturally leads into ongoing reporting. We won’t lock you into something that doesn’t make sense.

Absolutely, that’s the most common path. Most organisations start with RouteZero Data to establish a clean baseline, then add Policy or Intelligence when they’re ready. Each product builds on the one before, so there’s no wasted work.

We handle the heavy lifting. For Data, that means liaising with your travel management company, ingesting your historic records, and delivering a clean baseline. For Policy and Intelligence, we configure the platform around your organisation’s goals and existing travel patterns. Most teams are up and running within weeks.

Every plan includes dedicated account management, ongoing data quality monitoring, and regular reporting cycles. For Policy and Intelligence customers, that extends to scenario modelling support and performance reviews.

Pricing scales with your travel programme, not with arbitrary seat counts. As your data volume or number of sources grows, we’ll adjust transparently, with no surprise invoices.
