Carbon-accounting platforms tell you what your emissions were. RouteZero is built to act on them, cutting carbon and cost together. The audited baseline is the foundation, not the finished product: because every figure traces back to the individual trips behind it, you can model policy changes on real journeys and surface lower-carbon alternatives at the point of booking. Most of the organisations we work with already had dashboards and budgets. What they lacked was a way to turn the numbers into changes to the trips that create them.

Any format your booking provider supplies. CSV, Excel, PDF reports. RouteZero’s ingestion pipeline handles the parsing. If formats change between requests (which happens often), we adapt automatically.

An initial baseline is typically ready within a few weeks, depending on data complexity. Ongoing reporting is faster as the pipeline learns your data patterns. We handle provider communication so you are not waiting on back-and-forth.
